As a person we think we will live forever , however when you hit about 40 you start to feel the consequences of your lifestyle. However the reality for excellent health , fitness & peak athletic performance you must not only train the right way but also live the right way. Physical training does not balance out smoking , a bad diet or over indulgences in sugar or alcohol. Lack of sleep & work stress will also affect you ability to get motivated , control your diet and to train effectively. To achieve your health and fitness goals & good health later in life then you must cut out some things plus moderate and get balance in others.
