Chin Lee is a fitness coach with almost 30 years of experience which began with her realization that a sedentary lifestyle is not only unhealthy but coaching is a good activity to commit her time to. She is in gratitude to her instructors and ‘colleagues’ who she met and had aided her coaching journey from the early days and, in turn, now helps other upcoming coaches.

She specialises in kickboxing, circuit training, step aerobics and injury rehabilitation. Chin Lee advocates outdoor fitness as the best way to help you look and feel great. Expect highly motivational sessions of interval training with lots of agility, muscle group toning and bodyweight movement from her workouts. Apart from coaching at Warrior, she is actively involved in hillwalking, windsurfing and kayaking. She is also certified as a Rehab Trainer and in Pre and Post Natal Exercise.

A fulltime vegetarian, Chin Lee is conscious of her diet which helps her performance and health in top shape. Her great love for animals also lends to her charitable work for animal support groups.
