Why Train In a Group

Social Opportunities

Attending Warrior group training gets you up off the couch and out of the same four walls of your home to meet people in the community. You are likely to have more fun exercising in a group than working out on your own. Warrior Training is great place to meet people who have similar lifestyle goals and needs. Make new friends, have great conversations, learn new things, solve problems as you talk with other participants before and after each one of our session.

Motivation

Participating in a Warrior session challenges you to work out beyond your perceived limitations. Our coaches observes your body for signs of fatigue and push you out of the comfort zone. You are likely to work out harder, as everyone is exercising toward the same goal, than you would on your own.

Physical Benefits

Warrior training is always varied to improve you general fitness (strength, power, endurance, agility, balance, co-ordination flexibility & cardiovascular condition) and health. This is more than you get when running or walking on your own.

Accountability

A Warrior workout helps you keep accountable to attend training. When the Warrior coach and other participants ask why you were absent, they generally are concerned for your well-being, and you will not want to have an “I sat on the couch” answer. This helps you build those healthy habits for life.
