* I like being part of a team. It’s nice to do something with other people. I like the fact that I get pushed to the limit of my ability. By myself I’d just do the bare minimum. I’m much fitter, I feel so much better, I’ve got more stamina, more able to do things. I run 10km twice a week and did the half marathons. Warrior is suitable for every level of fitness.
