Warrior Spirit

Warrior training is built on a positive community spirit, an environment where you can achieve more,  have a laugh, make new friends and build your team skills. We call it “Esprit De Corp”

As a Warrior it is important that: 

  • We come to training on time
  • We wear the tee-shirt
  • We encourage each other
  • We help the coaches with the equipment (see it as a extra mini workout)
  • We ask questions and give feedback
  • We look out for each other
  • We have a laugh and have fun
  • We try our best

Warrior Credo:  

  • I know Warrior Training can be tough

  • I will achieve my goals
