Laynnee first joined the Warriors in May 2015 and officially became a Warrior Coach the year after. Sports and fitness have been Laynnee’s interest from a young age, which include badminton, tennis, golf, water ski, snow ski, karate and still enjoy yoga, pilates, trail running and adventure hiking. 

After completing Group and Personal Training courses, Laynnee began as a Warrior Coach for the Juniors and subsequently coached the adult Warriors. She is also a trained First Aid Responder. The recent pandemic has given her a new skill, which is coaching online, where the Abs & Core and Strength Training sessions are her personal favourites. She loves the Warrior concept of outdoor exercise. The enthusiasm, teamwork and camaraderie of the members, make the Warriors feel like Laynnee’s extended family.

A single mother of 3 in her 50s, Laynnee believes that age is a state of mind. “You’re never too young or too old to exercise”. It gives her pleasure to encourage and motivate others. Even with her hypertension condition, it does not stop her from pursuing her personal fitness goals. If she can, you can too!!
